Tours to Chugoku

Forever engrained in the annals of history, Hiroshima features the Atomic Bomb Dome, designated with World Heritage status, and the sobering Peace Park and Museum. Located off the nearby coast is Miyajima, a wonderfully picturesque island where deer and monkeys roam wild, and which is home to one of Japan’s most famous sights: the floating gate of Itsukushima shrine. Miyajima makes for a great place to stay for a few nights as after the day trippers have dispersed you can explore the beautiful island in peace and relative solitude.
