One of our favourites in Lucknow, The Clarks Avadh, nestles at the city's heart, overlooking the Gomti River and a host of the city's monuments, including the Sadat Ali Khan Tomb and the Victoria Memorial on the other, with easy access to the principal sites of the city, including the Bara Imambara, Chattar Manzil and Hazaratgunj.
A luxury 5* property with a stunning swimming pool, gymnasium, a relaxing bar and two of the smartest restaurants in town makes this an ideal choice. But despite its modern exterior and a full array of facilities and amenities, the service here reflects an old-world charm, so reminiscent of the city of Nawabs with great food.
