Iran

We chose the Setareh primarily for its location. The hotel won’t win any awards for interior design, but everything is spick and span, and you’re right next to Naqsh-e Jahan square and the city’s other main sights. The rooms are spacious and well maintained: this is nominally a three-star, but a very good three-star. We particularly like the traditional Iranian tea house and roof terrace where, weather permitting, we’ll enjoy our evening meal.
