No landscapes on earth compare with of northeast Nepal – home to the world’s highest and most spectacular mountains, including Everest, Lhotse and Kanchenjunga. This remote region can still only be reached on foot (although you can cut the journey short by flying to Lukla airstrip). Astounding views of its mighty ice peaks, however, may also be had by catching one of the daily Everest Flights that run out of Kathmandu.
Himalayan vistas only marginally less astounding extend from dozens of other viewpoints around the country, many of which are featured on our tours. Nepal isn’t all just mountains though. The lush, green Pahadi “Middle Hills” of the central valleys and swampy grasslands and jungles of the Terai, along the border with India, have their own distinct charms, while for a few days total relaxation, you can’t beat Phewa Tal Lake at Pokhara, whose waters shimmer with a mirror image of Machapuchare’s gleaming snowfields.
However you like to enjoy natural landscapes – through a car window, from a bicycle saddle, river raft, paraglider or on foot – we’ll be able to help you select the best locations and cover the all the logistics necessary for you to enjoy the most stress-free experience possible of Nepal’s sublime scenery.
