This tour covers all the major sights, including the Valley of Kathmandu, home to the ancient capitals of Nepal and some stunning temples, the national park of Chitwan with its one-horned rhino, the tranquil valley of Pokhara with breathtaking views of the Machupichure.

Fly from UK to Nepal on an indirect flight.
Arrive at Nepal's capital city, Kathmandu. You'll be met upon arrival and transferred to the characterful Kantipur Guest House for three nights.
Kathmandu is a melting pot of cultures with Hindu influence to the South and Buddhist to the North. Today enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city, including the impressive Buddhist Stupa of Swayambhunath and Kathmandu's Durbar Square, that incorporates the Kastha Mandap and Kumari Devi temples. In the afternoon explore the ancient city of Patan and enjoy browsing the Tibetan handicraft market.
Visit the intriguing and atmospheric religious sites of Pashupatinath and Boudhnath this morning. Round off the day with an excursion to the ancient and skillfully crafted Newari city of Bhadgaon (also known as Bhaktapur) which is a short drive from Kathmandu city itself.
A spectacular morning's drive brings you to Chitwan National Park where two nights are spent at the rustic Chitwan Jungle Lodge. Time permitting there is the chance to head into the park this afternoon. Originally a royal hunting preserve, Chitwan now protects the rare one-horned rhinoceros, the Bengal Tiger and the highly adapted gharial crocodile. There are a number of methods to see the park including nature walks, canoe rides and jeep safaris.
Enjoy a full day of jungle activities in Chitwan National Park.
It is a short drive to Lumbini, the birth place of the Budhha. Stay at Hotel Nirvana or Maya Garden for the night and pay a visit to the Maya Devi Temple in the afternoon.
Drive into the hills and spend two nights at the remote and less frequently visited town of Tansen, staying at Hotel Srinagar.
Day walks and bike rides can be arranged into the nearby villages.
Our drive today is through stunning river gorges and mountain scenery to the town of Pokhara. Spend three nights relaxing at wonderfully tranquil Begnas Lake Resort, which is a short drive from Pokhara town.
The next two days are spent relaxing at your own leisure. There's also plenty of opportunity for taking short walks in the surrounding hills which offer stunning views of the nearby Annapurna Himalayan Range or visiting Pokhara for a relaxing boat ride on Phewa Lake.

Drive to Bandipur, staying at the Bandipur Mountain Lodge for two nights. Enjoy walks in this scenically located heritage village and the surrounding hills.
The day is free to explore the area.
Return to the capital for a night's stay at the Shangri La or Malla Hotel.
