Aditya Resort is a small all-suite luxury boutique hotel on a hidden stretch of beach in southwest Sri Lanka, between the tourist playground of Hikkaduwa and the historic city of Galle.

The suites are spacious and airy with six having their own private garden and terrace and the remaining ten with views of the Indian Ocean. The spa offers indulgent treatments although yoga on the beach is the best way to start your day.

Because of the small nature of Aditya, you can dine when and where you want and choose from an extensive a la carte menu. If you want to learn more about Sri Lankan cuisine, the chef has created a cookery demonstration programme. You will start with a visit to the local fish market and then have a lesson on the spices that Sri Lanka is famous for. He will guide you through the recipes and then you can enjoy the dishes that you have created over lunch.
